Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of products and services provided, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you feel you have received the wrong item or that a  product is defective please contact us. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on extensions and wigs that do not fit properly due to choosing incorrect size, if the color is not to your liking, or if you decide you no longer like/ want the product. All Sales are final. 

 Please read ALL specifications on wigs and extensions in its entirety prior to purchasing. If there are any questions please contact us before your purchase.
