Yes. You can provide your own hair for a unit to be made. Please label lengths on each individual bundle.
**Having a custom wig made is an investment. It is highly recommended that you only send high quality 100% virgin human hair or quality beauty supply store remy hair to ensure that your investment will last as long as possible.
Coloring service will only be performed on 100% virgin human hair. If you're sending in used hair please be make sure the wefts are cleaned of any thread, dandruff and debris. Wigs will not be made with dirty hair. Ship hair/items to

Yes. You may submit "inspiration photos" for unit styles. *Please note use of photos are only a guide to create a "Similar" desired look.

Wigs are made on a lightweight, breathable cap with adjustable straps. Wig combs and/or elastic band can be attached for extra security by request.

A wig can last quite sometime depending on how well it is cared for.

Pre constructed wigs are our pre-made wig collection made by our vendors and have been customized and style by us. These pre made units will be offered at a lower price versus a custom made unit made by us.

No. Shipping is not included in price. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the area being shipped to. Local pickup is available at our Salon boutique.

Due to the nature of products and services provided, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you feel you have received the wrong item or that a product is defective please contact us.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on extensions and wigs that do not fit properly due to choosing incorrect size, if the color is not to your liking, or if you decide you no longer like/ want the product. All Sales are final.
